The DMX/MIDI Peripheral Card is used by the Lasergraph DSP to control peripheral devices like relays, dimmers, fog machines, spotligths and others using a DMX512 or a MIDI signal.
Features
- For 230V or 115V; mains voltage selectable with slide switch
- Power supply is mounted on board
- 32 analog outputs
- Control using DMX signal via DMX512 interface with a selectable base address (decimal, not binary, so no conversion table is necessary).
- Control using MIDI signal via MIDI input 'Midi In'. The MIDI signal is available unchanged at the 'Midi thru' socket to control further devices.
- The output voltage may be selected between 5V and 10V full scale. This voltage is selected for groups of eight outputs each, i.e. one card can be used for different output levels.
- Since the card is intended to be used in an optical bench, no housing is provided. Customized enclosures are available on request.
